We follow the EU Selling Regulations. If you have any query about our terms and conditions then please telephone us using the number at the Contact page or email us using the email link on the page or the contact us page.
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund.
We will refund the cost of the goods having deducted the cost of shipping the goods.
Items that are made to order to the customers specifications or personalised are non returnable.
DO NOT SEND ANY CARD PAYMENT INFORMATION USING EMAIL,
INSTANT MESSAGING OR ANY OTHER INSECURE MEANS
You should receive an automatic response to your order. However, Email is not always reliable because of Spam Filters and email clients that may filter mail.

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so unconditionally. You have fourteen days (14) cooling off period to cancel an order and obtain a full refund.

Goods must be returned in their original unworn condition.
Made to measure items are non returnable s they are personalised at your request so please double check your measurements when ordering.
Goods that are not wanted need to be returned to us within 7 (Seven) days after receipt.
We will refund the cost of the goods having deducted the cost of shipping the goods.
If the goods are returned to us within seven days of receiving them, a full refund including postage will be given.
UK customers: Please send your return via a prepaid, traceable method, please send your return via the Royal Mail unless you have a carrier approved by us - please call us for more information.
Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.
Send your return via a prepaid, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs.
We will issue a refund as soon a s practicable and inform you that we have done so and the amount refunded. If this amount does not appear correct please contact us in a durable form of by phone so we can make the appropriate enquiries.
Enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included:
Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or e-mail address (especially important if you do not know your order number), and inforamtion on what you require.
We will carry out refunds within 30 days maximum of the notification that a refund is required. Please inform us by email, fax or letter with your details to effect the refund. The simplest way is to enclose the request with the returned goods.

The card used for payment will be used to make any refund. If payment was made by cheque we will make the refund by cheque.
Most parcels will be posted within 4 working days if in stock.

*All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required, however packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.
Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.
We aim to get orders out quickly if goods are in stock. If not we will fulfill the order within 30 days maximum. If the goods are not available we will contact within 30 days at the latest and ask whether you would like to cancel the order or wait for the goods. This will be reviewed through mutual agreement using a duarable form ie letter or email.
If you have requested a partial refund, or replacements of a lower value than any returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the Paypal account used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed within a maximum of 30 days
All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock). We aim to get orders out quickly as goods are usually in stock however there can be delays for different reasons but we will fulfill the order within 30 days maximum. If there is a delay we will contact within 14 days maximum. This will be reviewed through mutual agreement using a duarable form ie letter phone call or email.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. We will always issue a refund on faulty goods provided they are returned within the above stated times for returns.

Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or e-mail address (especially important if you do not know your order number), and information on what you require.
Payments by Credit and debit card are made using a secure SSL server hosted by Paypal. Paypal accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro
We also accept cheques or postal orders. However, goods for cheques and postal orders will NOT be dispatched until the funds have cleared
Paypal payment is immediate as we have no control of how this system takes payment.
You will be advised by e-mail (or telephone if you do not have an e-mail address) if we are unable to complete your order.
We reserve the right to decline any transaction/order without giving any reason.
