Where to go on a motorcycle? Your precious custom vintage old-school scrambler/bobber/chopper/cafe racer, you name it, craves for adventure? Sweat plus dirt plus rain or sun plus dust plus exhaust fumes plus epic scenery, some competition and buddies who enjoy it as much as you do?

Dirt Track Rookies

Flat-track glee for bike builders and classic flat trackers. Daring amateurs only. Paella, friends and motorcycles.

Dusty Track Great Again

Free and open to all flat track race in 5 categories: Juniors, Road (city), Scramblers, Choppers and Trackers (they have a Hooligan category! and Pro). The Dusty Track guys seem crazy enough to trust them.

Deus Swank Rally Australia

Deus Ex Machina event. As they put it, "vintage bikes, an oil drum, a stopwatch and a ’time yourself’ honesty system". Pre-millennium motorbikes. Deus Ex Machina Italy held the first DSR event back in 2017, since then, they have spread across Deus Ex Machina global net: to California, Indonesia and France. Deus Ex Machina Italy and legendary Renato Zocchi revived the 1980s Paris-Dakar formula rally in a twisted, swank way: 4 days, 200-230 kilometer-long routes, road trials with trials special skills, self-timing.

The Castle Run

On the Krenkerup Castle grounds that dates back to the 14th century. The rules: only pre-1989 motorcycles, no new motorcycles, no cars, no vans, no trailers or else you’ll be turned away. Vintage custom and classic motorcycles are welcome, bobbers, choppers, stockers, cafe racers. Food, music, beer. Patrick and James encourage to grow or trim a mustache Freddy Mercury style.

A little posh town in France each year somehow survives us, hordes of motorcyclists, surfers and skaters invading their ritzy streets, beaches, bars and properties that King Edward VII of England used to enjoy. Born as an underground alternative culture manifest is now a recognized event in the custom motorcycle world. Surfing, motorcycle racing, Deus rally, Crave for Ride shirts, shopping, live music, skateboarding along legendary Steve Caballero. Come rain or shine.

Scrambler Fever Rally

Rough road+off-road rally through secluded scenic forests, canyons, rivers (literally through) and lakesides of North-West Poland were both Nazi and Soviet Armies used to have their bases. Neither the internet nor cellular network is guaranteed. Sparse ghost villages. You might be passing deer, wild boars or a herd of wild horses (true!). Orienteering, checkpoints, fishing, 70+100 kilometers. Chill. Scramblers and trackers preferred for off-road, cafe racers, bobbers and brat styles will enjoy their own routes.

The Great Malle Rally, UK

Apparently "the greatest motorcycle rally through the wildest and greatest landscapes in Great Britain." 1,250 miles from the South to the North of the UK through picturesque B-roads, mountains, castles, cliff-tops and valleys. In style. Luxurious tents, private chefs, skilled mechanics. Riding in teams – arrive with your own buddies or make friendships on the way. "Suitably inappropriate entertainment" in the evening, whiskey, wine, beer. Welcomed: custom, classic, cafe-racers, choppers and scramblers.

The Malle Mile

Think: motorcycle racing on a high-society English garden party. 18th-century manor estate serves as the one-mile dirt track circuit race for 100 riders. No one is expected to win any of the "run what you brung" races, though they are fun to watch and ride. OK, sometimes hilarious. Race classes include Scramblers, The Customs Sprint, pre-1989, The Lightweights, Women, The Electrics (hey!), The Trials, anything pedal-powered. There will be an art show. Live music. Luxurious bell tents. Dust. Smiles.

August 9-10th, 2019, Sussex, UK

DirtQuake 2019

Alternative "go fast and turn left" racing invented by Sideburn Magazin guys. Independent workshops, the wicked, superhero capes, psychobilly bands, anarchy et al. For all-comers: amateur, professional and celebrities, on whatever you brought. Their motto: power to the people, powered by the people. The race classes include Chopper, DTRA Hooligan, Inappropriate Road Bike, Street Tracker, Women, Scooter. Did the last year rider said she sounded like a horse as a result of the 3-day festival?

 

August 30th-1st September 2019, Leonberg, Germany, EU

Glemseck 101

One of the biggest open-air European motorcycle festivals for cafe racers and sprint racing. A place on Earth where birds chirps mix with sounds of vintage engines and morning mist is chased away by gasoline exhausts. "The mother of the 1/8 mile" on the historical German racetrack. Some epic bikes. Occasional snakeskin chelsea boots. Beastmode. Old-school vibes.

Ride your cool motorcycle be it Cafe' Racer, Bobber, Classic, Tracker, Scrambler, Old School Chopper, Modern Classic, Sidecar, Classic Scooter, Brat Styled motorcycles. Motorcycle riders look as dapper as they can on that day. All over the world. The first ride in 2012 brought together 2,500 riders across 64 cities, 2018 one – over 120,000 motorcycles in 650 cities. Don't forget to make a donation. Distinguished gentlemen raise funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and men's mental health.
