We do not offer returns on rebate, discounted or clearance items. 

Due to the impact of COVID-19 and recent changes with compliance to COVID-19 situation by local courier service.  International packages by from Switzerland to countriea outside of EU (USA, UK, Australia and Japan etc.) we no longer offer return for the mentioned countries.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary

Shipping takes 3-14 days shipping outside Europe.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a refund.
